• Submit your thematic session proposal online using the form on this page.
• You and your co-proponents may submit one or more session proposals for the Annual Symposium. Your proposals will be reviewed by the program committee and their decision to accept your proposal is final. Proponents of an accepted thematic session shall chair that session at the Symposium, and are encouraged to solicit speakers for their session. Use this link to view a sample proposal. Accepted session proposals will have their co-chairs and session description published on the Symposium Website, and be included in the call for abstracts.
• An accepted session shall be chaired and promoted by session advocates. Session chairs are encouraged to attract presenters and discussion leaders for their sessions. All session abstracts must be submitted for review and acceptance by the program committee.
• Review Process: The CRHNet Program Committee will assess sessions on their relevance to the conference theme and audience, learning value and practical benefit. In situations of similar submissions, advocates may be asked to share session development. Accepted submissions will be acknowledged by email.
• Session proposal deadline — Tuesday, 10 January 2012.
• All session chairs and speakers in their sessions must pay the meeting registration fee.
