| To reserve booth space contact the exhibits coordinator, Larry Pearce. Exhibit booth space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibit space will include one skirted and cloth covered table, two chairs, wireless Internet access, and electrical outlets. |
The Symposium provides space for interested vendors, exhibitors, organizations, universities, and other groups. Exhibit space includes a skirted table, two chairs, wireless Internet access, and electrical access. Exhibits will be in a space that is open to the hallway and across from the Symposium ballroom where the plenaries, keynote presentations and larger of the concurrent sessions will be held. All refreshment breaks and evening receptions are hosted in the exhibit area.
